This association includes ravine and rock outcrop forests with a diverse tree layer containing Acer spp., Carpinus betulus, Fraxinus excelsior, Quercus spp., Tilia spp., Ulmus glabra and other species. The shrub layer is well developed and species-rich. The herb layer contains nitrophilous forest species and species of oak-hornbeam forests. This association is common especially at lower altitudes, mainly in the stream valleys of the Bohemian Massif.
